To those NOT interested in a Government that is supposed to be "We The People", it essentially means they are too stupid to be able to vote and are parasites living off the efforts of their fellow citizens that are trying to perserve our Rights and Liberties, while keeping our Government in Check!

When folks aren't interested in government most often the government, they didn't pay attention to will become interested in them and it's usually too late to protect you or your family.
