I had two Dachshunds. They were Piebald. They have since passed and my heart broke into a gazillion pieces. They brought so much joy into our lives. I made sure they had a great life.

    HighHeels‌ I had a mini male. Got him at 10 weeks. Had to put him down after 16 years. For 16 years his life came before mine. We loved each other beyond measure. This is him at about 3 years. I miss him beyond measure. Sorry for your loss.

    My dogs were real brothers. I adopted them when they were 4 weeks old. Mickey passed at 8 years and Tom passed at 16 1/2 years. I lost Tom a couple of days before Mothers Day last year so it hasn't been a year yet. My heart aches and it always will.
