kick out thing for jan. 2024

MDL Property and marisa update: They just called me on the phone in a bitchy mood or marisa the property manager for my apartment. MDL is in bay city michigan for there offices and has properties in midland, saginaw, and bay city michigan.... They are finally coming over to look at the heating situation but bitching at me for having to schedule a meeting at my place with a tech person or the person who would be fixing the heater. and then having the manager marisa actually have to come out to the apartment .... They said they are having there lawyer look at and fix the situation with the miss handling of the accounting system that charges a head of time or something. I will have to show them what I see due to marisa the stupid bitch can't see what I see and I don't know why when I can look at the renting company website.... ???? Here is the pictures of the way that they or mdl property bills ahead of time and states stuff for all to see.... It is not feb. 2024 yet and they are saying I owe them the rent already and it is only 1-17-24 wednesday. Check on the late fee part, it says due on 1-11-24. I put the money in escrow on or about 1-8-24 ... MDL Properties breaks there own laws and is basically refusing to fix wiring issues, I think plumbing issues and many other problems in my apartment so I have put the money into an escrow savings account for them due to there lack of being able to fix the problems... MDL properties are a slum lord rental company, if you see this... DO NOT RENT FROM MDL ...
