After graduating from Frostburg State College in 1986 (now a University), I lived at the end of Maryland Avenue, right outside the gate to the Naval Academy. I even saw David Robinson one time during one of my walks on the Academy grounds. I worked for the now defunct Board of Trustees of State Colleges and Universities of Maryland at 16 Francis Street in downtown Annapolis.
