Chewy vs. Tender Fajita Meat
Folks ask why their fajitas are tough and chewy. After some questions it becomes apparent they're cutting the fajita with the fiber instead of against it. Here's a graphic of how to, and how not to. Long fibers = chewy meat. Short fiber = tender meat. This is true of your Thanksgiving turkey, too.
