    Public libraries are usually supported by local taxes & governed by a 'Board' .. The downside of 'Martial Law' being implemented is that the population is controlled by the Military not local police & even worse, we lose our 1ST .. 2ND .. 3RD.. 4TH & 5TH Amendment Rights!
