Biden most voter fraud recap

This recap brings up interesting question - we know 94% of Minnesota's registered voters did not suddenly run to the polls to vote for joe biden, and Trump got all his votes legally before the polls closed - But also did the traffic suddenly surge when all those voters appeared?
