Shingles is rarely life threatening. Complications, though, can mean that around 1 in every 1,000 cases in adults over the age of 70 is fatal. On the other hand, the shingles vaccine killed my very healthy Mother. No thank you to the vaccine, I'll take my chances.

    The shingles vaccine gives people shingles. Remember a few years ago there was a lawsuit on TV asking people if they took the shingles vaccine and got shingles.
