Biden's vaccine mandate is another COVID "conspiracy theory" coming true i.e. (the vaccine is another Tuskegee experiment) hence why many Blacks have been rightfully vaccine hesitant. A lack of informed consent was the hallmark of the Tuskegee experiment. When medicine is forced, you cannot have informed consent which is supposed to be hallmark of modern medicine but has never been extended to Blacks under 400 years and counting of medical apartheid.
