For ten years off and on in my city of west lafayette they've been doing what they call storm water run off . They have torn the same road up ten years in a row . As well as other roads off and on , FOR YEARS . I've told my wife " they are not doing storm water run off, this damn long on the same damn roads . I managed to get pictures . You all tell me is this for water run off ? Or a tunnel big enough to drive a tractor trailer down . Re-bar an inch and a half thick ?? I believe they are secret tunnels they are building.. what you all think ?
