The Guardian Alliance The Galactic Federation or Federation of Free Worlds stick to a non-intervention rule. The guardian group partially disagrees. They state that non-intervention only works when nobody intervenes. If another party does, however, intervene, then standing by and letting them intervene makes you an accomplice to their intervention by allowing it to happen. So they advocate counter-intervention and even pre-emptive counter-intervention in those cases where others are intervening, or are about to do so. This breakaway group contains members of Arcturus, Korender, Procyon, Alcyone and others. Some authors refer to this breakaway group as ’ the Alliance.’ Sphere Being Alliance: They are a 6-9th Density Group of Beings that have been referred to as “The Sphere Alliance”. These new “Sphere Beings” have since not only created an “Energetic Blockade” around Earth but have also done so around our entire solar system. They are a nonviolent group of beings who have brought assistance mainly in the form of a “Message”. Some people are now choosing to focus on this “Message” that was delivered by the “Blue Avians” - 1 of 5 beings: the “Orb Beings”, the “Blue Avians”, the “Golden Triangle-Headed Beings” and two others who have not revealed themselves to us yet. The “Orb Beings” have been visiting “Many Tens of Thousands” of people in the form of “Blue/Indigo Balls of Light” while others have been visited by the “Blue Avians” and given a “Greeting Phrase” to know one another by. The third group watching over this process is that group you call the Guardians. This group is from the octave above our own and serves in this manner as light-bringers. These Guardians provide the precise emissions of light/love in exquisitely fastidious disseminations of discrimination so that the precise light/love vibration of each entity may be ascertained. I have had direct personal contact with the Guardian Alliance (GA) since childhood, which included the experience of “conscious fetal integration” (spirit entering the fetus) and open (though fragmented) reincarnational memory since my physical birth in September of 1964. In infancy the Guardians would frequently interact with me in dreams, and occasionally they would visit me as conscious “Light Orbs” that I could physically see while I was awake. United Federation of Planets: In the Federation, a multitude of civilisations work together towards common goals, combining their different skills to optimal advantage. Most of them are of a humanoid lineage, which goes back to the days of its inception. The Federation was founded in the early stages of the Galactic Wars, as an alliance of Lyran races. As the war progressed, new allies joined. All of those still are members of the Federation: civilisations from the Lyra constellation, from the Andromeda Constellation, from the Pleiades and Hyades open clusters, from Iumma [Wolf 424], Procyon, Tau Ceti, Alpha Centauri, and Epsilon Eridani, all of which are of Lyran/Pleiadian heritage. They were joined by a number of non-physical races, by some Sirian groups, as well as by some Orion organisations, and by various civilisations from a parallel universe such as the Koldasians, and the Dal. It even got some unexpected members when some worlds with reptilian inhabitants joined, wanting to free themselves from submission by the Orion and Draconian Empires. When the Orion Wars ended, many more civilisations joined the organisation. Nowadays the Federation also has a lot of co-operation agreements with the Empires.
