We are hoping to have an open dialogue with attendees! Bios Reagan C. Gural: As President & CEO of the Alamance Chamber, Reagan is focused on leading the Chamber as a connector for businesses, a convener of people, and a champion for business and industry. Reagan has been with the Chamber for 12 years, providing support for the Chamber team in specific areas of leadership development, investor engagement, Investor recruitment and retention, and economic development. Reagan is a graduate of Alamance Community College and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Organizations Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Institute for Organization Management at the University of Georgia. She serves on the Carolina Association for Chamber of Commerce Executives Board of Directors; was a 2017 Little Pink Houses of Hope Dancing with the Stars participant; in 2021 she was named as a 40 under 40 leader for the Triad Business Journal; she is also the 2021 recipient of the Alamance Community College Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award and was most recently named a 2023 Outstanding Woman in Business by the Triad Business Journal. Reagan spends her leisure time watching her son, Chandler play baseball, spending time at the coast, and as much time as she can with family and friends. Kevin Szostak: Kevin is the Director of Economic Development Projects for the Chamber. In this role, he is responsible for the management of economic development projects. He works with new and existing businesses as they seek to grow their company in Alamance County and provide new opportunities of employment. In addition, he oversees the Chamber’s Workforce Council and the existing industry program of work, Access Growth.Prior to joining the Chamber team in 2022, Kevin served in a variety of roles at the Summerville / Dorchester County Chamber in South Carolina over a 7-year tenure. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from Wofford College and is a graduate of the South Carolina Economic Development Association’s Institute.
