Today the only White Hat Country is Russia. The U.N., NATO, WEF, WHO, U.S. et all are all Black Hats. Perhaps the U.S. military recruitment shortage is related because of what and who the U.S. stands for. Standing for fascism, communism, woke is not a great recruitment policy.
