    Gentle Miss not to sound snippy but that looks like a trip to the dermatoligist . The last time I presented with a rash, they had to take a scraping to determine what exactly it was so there's not much that a photo can tell us.

    she said it itches like crazy no pain though. No crust no puss no drainage or shape for ring worm.
