I just caught the news of Stephan Bonnar's passing. If it wasn't for him going toe to toe with Forrest Griffin back in 2005 the sport of M.M.A. might have faded away. He helped show that M.M.A. was a legitimate sport. He was a furious warrior in the ring and a true gentleman outside the ring. My prayers and condolences go out to his friends and family especially since the holidays are the worst time to lose a loved one. #RIPLegend #RIPStephanBonnar
