    What exactly is considered "legal gun ownership?" Also, the Supreme Court of the United States has not ever completely and thoroughly affirmed that the second amendment is an actual fundamental right. I really wish someone would prove or at least try to prove me wrong.

    It is in the second amendment of The Constitution. "Shall not be infringed" JS therein negating any need for further discussion. They just keep chipping away at it, slowly, for that reason.

    this is and has been my entire argument. What I am interested in is the civil discussion from those who think I am absolutely wrong with my statement on the FACT that the second amendment is not a fundamental right anymore, nor has it been for quite some time.
