    Always concerned My Lady, just doesn't seem to be as much time in the day anymore. As far as the sciatica goes, when I checked up on it, men often suffer short term from "Wallet" sciatica, from, of course, sitting on a wallet.

    I had that same thing for three years, then found the right doctor, told me to do sit ups and crunches because the lower back is supported by the stomach muscles. After a month of pushing myself to do as many as I could each set.... I have been pain free for over eight years now... Good luck.
