    A‌ Fletcher Class is about 18 foot from the keel to the normal waterlline. Still, that is a lot of water that isn't there.

    Do you know what is happining with the water? In the vid, the people down in the river were saying about a 30 ft drop in waterline

    W‌ell, it doesn't sit on the cribbing when the water is up either. If the man in the black shirt is about 6 foot tall, there is 18 foot to the top of the red paint, than, about another 18 feet to the top of the cribbing.
