TRC Letter

This letter was sent out to pharmacies outlining the new bivalent Covid-19 vaccine. It claims that the vaccine will cover the original variant along with omicron. However, it says that unvaccinated individuals will need to receive the original Covid shot before receiving the updated version. If the new one is supposed to cover all variants, why would you need to get the original dose to protect against the variant that is no longer circulating? Seems suspicious to me.
