Biden attending a luncheon at the National Heritage Foundation was ask to read the Gettysburg Address, as they were honoring Abraham Lincoln. To my surprise he got through they whole thing with out a stutter or stammer. After the reading he acknowledged Abe's great speech, and then asked where he was so he could congratulate him. 👍
