I sent a couple of blouses back to the business where they came from and expected a refund of $60.62. I received one refund for $30.31-ebay sent me an email stating that I would NOT get the rest of my refund since I didn't use their "guaranteed money-back source" to purchase those items - THAT IS THEFT! I used a legitimate credit card to purchase and they refused to complete my refund. Thankfully the business that they were purchased from, was honest enough to send me my final refund! I will no longer do business with ebay!
