No laws have changed since the Supreme Court decision last month yet Governor Roy Cooper yesterday stood with Planned Parenthood to sign an Executive Order to "protect women". Yet another example of why we must vote in November to achieve a supermajority so every American knows Roy Cooper is a lame-duck Governor and everything he says can be overridden by the majority.
