This is where I was hanging out the past 3 weeks.....DeSoto Falls & DeSoto State Park. FYI, Sequoyah, the Cherokee scholar who created the Cherokee alphabet, lived nearby from 1818 to 1823. This was a peaceful, relaxing 3 weeks.
