With a lot of groceries not on the shelves nowadays, specifically “distilled water” in my neck of the woods, I decided to have nature help me out with the downpour of rain today. After some time, I captured in pots the deluge of water off my roof. Then I got out the old coffee maker, put the filters in, and ran the rainwater through it. The heat kills any bacteria, and the filter removes the particles for some naturally distilled water. I don't intend to drink it, but for wet batteries or even a CPAP machine, it is much better than just store-purchased filtered water in these cases.

Check out the Zero Water filter. I don't have one yet; I have the big Berkey but the Zero Water is even better - literally zero PPM.

MAGA-man I use the zero water filter, Our water in NV is terrible to drink so have used zero water, it really is less expensive than bottled water, but I have an Oil Diffuser that only uses Distilled, which I guess is not the same.
