Five years ago yesterday, then-second Lieutenant Richard Collins III was murdered by a neo-Nazi. (Part of the so-called 'alt-right', which was a short-lived attempt to get around the bad reputation Nazism had incurred.) After his death he was posthumously promoted to First Lieutenant.
