    Sad country we live in. I've had a personal injury accident case going for 2 1/2 yrs now,because the other guys insurance company denied my claim. I was at a dead stop when he hit me required cervical fusion and now in a back brace.my attorney should have fun with them.

    ‌s stupid, I was at a red light and signal on and all brake lights worked. Cop ticketed him too they still denied our request for policy limits. Nope have a deposition next week.
