Tesla Purchase of the Atols for strip mining

Every mineral and every fuel was created for use. So, which is more responsible for the environment? I'll go with fossil fuels, which even in Texas old oil wells have replenished themselves over time! BTW, we have the technology to make almost anything clean-burning nowadays. The PPM is about 1/100,000 contaminants a cubic foot in the atmosphere, to the best of my understanding.
