List of votes on suspension of Russia from UN Human Rights Council 93 in favor 24 against 58 Abstentions. The US, UK, Japan, South Korea, and almost all Western Countries voted as expected to suspend Russia. Those who voted against, more or less expected are, China, Cuba, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Vietnam, and Former Soviet Republics in Asia (except Turkmenistan who did vote), Those prominent abstentions are India, Iraq, Indonesia, Singapore, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen. Meanwhile Philippines voted to suspend Russia despite Duterte's friendly relations with Putin. Other countries that did not vote are Venezuela, Armenia and Azerbaijan did not vote.
