"I own guns to fight tyranny", many conservatives say. As they're being tyrannized; as their country is being stolen from them. Then they turn around tail between the legs and meme all about how their guns fell overboard during the last fishing trip, thinking this rhetoric is funny or amusing or self-preserving. Its cowardice. Dust off your fking AR- and AK-Security Blankets, and use them. The correct response to government overreach and inquiry is a barrel to the face, not a denial of ownership and the turning of backs to neighbors. They say "I'll vote better next time, its not time for war", but ignore the stolen elections, the political prisoners, the violations of Constitutionalism, and the utterly corrupt system that serves only the elites. When IS the time for war? Because our forefathers killed brethren and countrymen for much less, and were far more Christian than we are today. Will you at least carve that line in the granite? Or do you prefer vague lines in the sand, you can easily wash out and redraw, falling back your line every year, every generation, moving your goal posts and rationalizing passivity. Define for me precisely, unwaveringly, when would be an appropriate time for war? When will conservative America rise up with one voice and say enough is enough, with a militant will? They never do define that threshold, and cowardice is the reason. We've already lost the war because we have no resolve to fight one. Every generation is more neutered than the last, every year more infringements are normalized. Every year we become weaker and the state becomes stronger, and the so-called "conservative" is more and more pushed to the fringe. And he accepts it to keep his cushy lifestyle, pretentiously keeping his hands clean, waiting on god to do his dirty work for him, all the while throwing his country, his posterity, and the future of all of us under the bus in favor of his immediate comfort, and in the name of some pseudo-Christian reverence for the lives of evildoers made at the expense of the innocent. You want to talk about the moralistic virtue signaling of the Left; let us talk about the moralistic virtue signaling of the Right first. If we were ever going to go to war, the sooner the better. If we were ever going to war, that time has long past, and it came when the first politician proposed an unconstitutional law and wasnt immediately prosecuted for treason. The left knows we wont go to war. Thats why they're unafraid of burning down cities and attacking conservatives in the streets, and expect our prosecution over self-defense or words spoken on social media. Its why they keep pushing and pushing... because every compromise we're willing to make is a victory for them; our lines fall back, theirs push forward, and eventually conservatism becomes more and more liberal, as it already has from the conservatism of a century ago. And youre all foolish enough to think building an alt social media platform to which we've been exiled and on which we do nothing but bitch and whine, is some sort of "victory". Go away faux-conservatives. Passive conservatives are the RINOs of the civilian population.
