Of course it didn't...because if the WH people were smart, well US economy would be booming, and not blaming others for their incompetencies. The real fact is the now $ and Euro are not reference currencies anymore to hold bonds and currency reserves. The CIPS and Union Pay are now everywhere available in ASIA, meaning Visa and mastercard will lose their position. People will pile CNY, instead of $ because of what the US did. I am really thinking they did all that to help who? Except helping CHINA I can't see the point otherwise.... Let that sink in...
