    Did you know at least 3 states on the left coast are telling electric car owners to NOT charge their electric cars because the electric grid is already over loaded and is experiencing 'brown outs'? SOMEONE needs to convince the White house.

    .‌...i'm in California and in the summer they do rolling brown outs...its not a myth. A lot of the time they merely threaten us of power outages when a storm approaches
