    I wish others would post on other platforms than yyyyyoutube, then a software to copy the video through a multiple platform to be a neutral posting tool, like a download, except it would not be. Free to post on any platform.

    Since a file (photo or video) is available on the web it must have a domain (youtube.com, etc) associated with it's stored location. There are a number of 'file sharing' options from free to paid which will function the same as youtube. They will also have sharing options for your file(s).
