mars litter

As if we didn't have enough problems here on earth! Now the pristine Martian soil has been desecrated by mankind's litter. It turns out that it is a drill bit discarded by an earlier Rover mission and replaced by a new bit. You would think the Rover would carry a plastic bag with it. 😉
