1 way to protect from radiation is using Crystals, I personally have 2 Crystals around my neck and 2 in my pockets, they take the radiation to ZERO. Also if you Earth/Ground yourself the radiation will go strait into the Earth. Walking bear foot on Earthed ground, (NOT Tarmac) or touching a plant or a tree. You can also buy Earthing Sheets from Ebay that connect to the Earth plug in your wall, so you can stay Earthed all day while at home, which is very useful if you live near any of them 4G/5G Towers.
