Republicans Introduce Bill to Block Aid to Ukraine until Border Crisis OverMontana’s GOP Rep Matt Rosendale has introduced a bill that would have the US secure its own border before providing military assistance to Ukraine.The Secure America’s Border First Act demands there is "operation control" on the US-Mexico border, which has for almost two years now seen a hectic influx of migrants, who often end up inside the United States illegally, or further crowd the overflowing processing facilities.The bill seems to reflect a growing sentiment among Republicans to shift the Biden admin’s attention back from Eastern Europe.
