There will come a time when it is right, when nothing else is right, when it is necessary for God, Love, Family, and Country for human beings to step in and arrest untoward governments. You will see that time as soon as it arrives. It might be very close, but I dont know that yet. Then your leader that you seek is the man with courage who stands up and moves forward. That could by you if you find your courage and go with God.
