Before his attack, he posted his manifesto to a well-known extremist website - joining several other earlier National Socialist killers. You've probably never seen the site itself. (We wouldn't recommend it; the kind of imagery they like to post is often horrific.) You may well, however, have seen the site's systems administrator. Despite not being white himself, Ron Watkins (AKA codemonkeyz) spent years working for a neo-Nazi website that actively encouraged terrorist attacks. Far from being on the no-fly list, he is in fact allowed to freely travel between his home off the coast of Asia and the US - where he has launched a quixotic political candidacy.
