Keep in mind we all have full time jobs and can't be available 24/7 but most of the time a dev will answer. We understand a new platform can be confusing and we are here to help.

    well without looking at the URL to see what you did wrong its hard to tell but make sure your not clicking the YouTube button to post a video that is not from YouTube
