US to act “decisively” if Russia deploys military to Cuba or Venezuela – White House
American authorities will act “decisively” if Russia deploys its military to Latin America, the White House said Thursday, following suggestions Moscow could station troops in Venezuela or Cuba.
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan called the idea “bluster in the public commentary,” adding that “If Russia were to move in that direction, we would deal with it decisively.”
The idea that Moscow would deploy troops to the Americas is sure to raise some eyebrows in the government, as Russia has repeatedly expressed concerns over US forces being located near the country’s western frontier.
Good for the goose, good for the gander?

I don't trust our Government. They will all hide in a underground bunker and let the rest of us get nuked.
