Has anybody used the word "patriot" as an insult around you? It's a Left fave nowdays. Patriotism is love of country, its borders, and peoples, and the will to defend it from evildoers. Using "patriot" as an insult only shows the ignorance of the insulter. Not a patriot? Leave.
