Everyone appears to be up in arms about court JURISDICTION and a misunderstanding of where and how justice will be served. Just know justice WILL be served and the US Constitution preserved.GTMO will indeed soon be filled with prisoners, tribunals will happen and Federal Cases will significantly expand.
