Last night, I decided to switch my available 12-ga. home defense rounds on my Mossberg 590 pump action shotgun from Hornady "Critical Defense" 00 buck loads back to Federal "Power-Shok" #4 buck loads, since those #4 buck loads are much older in shelf life. That way I can expend them immediately next range time. As for the newly-bought Hornady "Critical Defense" loads, I placed them on a shotgun ammo bandolier, along with some of the extra older "Power-Shok" loads. Decisions, decisions, u know (lol).
