    SAW THE IDEA OF SERIAL NUMBERS ON HERE AND THOUGHT I WOULD EXPAND ON IT. WANTED TO PUT OUT THE IDEA AND HAVE OUR COMMUNITY COMMENT ON THE PROS AND CONS.     It's a step in the right direction. Ballot harvesting could still be done even with serial numbers so I think we'd have to eliminate mail-in voting to the general public.
