I was asked by my Congressman if we should boycott the Olympics in China. I told him no as I firmly believe sporting events should never be brought into the political arena. Plus, this gives us the opportunity to show our best of the best to a Communist world just as Jesse Owens did when the Olympics were held in Nazi Germany all those years ago causing Hitler's "supreme race" to lose almost every event a Black American won in his category.
