    If their talking about it now and put in a bill now, then they already have done it in most cars already would be my guess, they do this shit all the time with tech.

    All cars with that antenna on the top are mostly accessible and can have the car engine turned off, probably since around 2010 on. Cops have done that many times already to stop chases.

    Make it legal for the government in whole to do it, not just as a police action for critical situations. May also allow them to "Listen In" through car systems in addition to tracking your every move, like your phone is doing right now.
