    kymmieshouse Everyone I live with has the yearly flu right now. Me? I am eating one clove of fermented garlic every morning followed up with fire cider 3 times a day... Not a sniffle have I had... LOL

    kymmieshouse Try fermenting a 1/2 pint of garlic. It ends up soft and tasty, Use the honey to sweeten things after the last one is eatten... Just finished making a gallon myself..
