When youre driving down Pennsylvania Avenue, THE "Avenue", this is the view, you get of our Nations' Capitol. Welcoming, huh? Do tourists, or even locals, for that matter, even question?? Also, the only thing "festive", on the Capitol grounds, is the tree. No real effort, on the holiday decorating aspect. Nada.
