This particular meme is made with the Real Joe Biden and is NOT the person currently masquerading as POTUS.
I hope, by now, that when you see pics of "Joe Biden" you can immediately see all of the differences. The forehead is different. The eyes are set differently. His jawline is completely different. His ears are totally different including that he no longer has "dangling" ear lobes.

    I think more than one impersonator is in play. The mannerisms are different, there are differences in eyes, chin and hair that I notice and then neither look exactly like the real dementia Joe.

    If you've ever known anyone with dementia, you know it changes everything about them, even their appearance. This person acting as president is clearly Joe Biden engulfed by dementia. His brain is shrinking.
