Voting is something I have always taken seriously. My Grandfather gave me one of two copies of this letter back in 1962. I have shared it with my children and some other family members and the result has been unanimous in their attitudes being in line with our Great, great, great, great Uncle Amasa Clark. He was born in 1825 in Schoharrie New York. He died in 1927. After fighting in the War with Mexico he settled in Texas and that’s part of the story about how we got here.
