    I don’t think the US whatever target the dam Because it would trigger the Chinese to use nukes.     Sailor I think Taiwan will hit the dam, not the USA. At some point the Chinese incursions over Taiwan will force Taiwan to say, "enough is enough." And hit them by targeting a plane. China will respond in force, then Taiwan hits the dam.
